We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Backyard Supply USA. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return any unused or undamaged products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
